Due to hygiene issues, once an order is dispatched, we will not be able to do an exchange.
Baby Express is not liable for any wrong address or contact details provided. The buyer/customer is responsible for providing accurate address and contact details. Should there be any failed delivery, an additional charge may incur for re-delivery.

Orders will be processed within 2 working days.
Should any item be out of stock, or on a pre-order basis. The whole order will be on hold and will be shipped out once all item(s) have arrived. Additional charges may incur should you choose to have your order shipped out separately.

Free delivery - within 3 working days, minimum spending RM400

refunds and exchange
Once order has been dispatched, we would not be able to amend, change or cancel your order.
For orders that are pending dispatch, cancellation is subject to our approval, with an admin fee of <10%, if any, charged by the payment vendor.
Strictly no exchange for breast pumps once the order has been dispatched, left Baby Express premises or retail outlet.
For accessories and others, the products must be in original packaging, sealed, and subjected to our approval.
Customers would need to be responsible for returning and/or bear charges involved for exchange.
Baby Express reserves the right to reject any exchanges that we deem invalid.
pre-orders
Strictly no order cancellation especially for pre-orders. We would also not be able to change your pre-order item too.
Do note that pre-order delivery dates indicated are an estimated date, and may have delay of up to 7 working days. There will not be any compensation or cancellation allowed due to delays within the said period. Please only proceed should you be agreeable to the waiting time.
